Study Active have been proud to work in partnership with Everyone Active, who recently chose our Active IQ Level 3 Online Diploma in Supporting Clients with Long-term Conditions for 13 of their nationwide Personal Trainers. This qualification will allow them to support clients referred by a GP, who are suffering from a long-term health condition such as obesity, hypertension, or diabetes.
This course was delivered through our blended learning approach of digital e-learning, webinars, online assessments, and regular mentoring with a tutor, allowing delegates to fit their studies around their work commitments. Their studies included looking at how the body is affected by long-term conditions and learning how to design and deliver safe and effective exercise programmes.
As qualified GP Referral Specialists, the staff at Everyone Active can now utilise their new skills and knowledge to offer fitness sessions across the UK, supporting clients to understand the benefits of an active lifestyle on their long-term health needs.
