No. You can choose to pay in full or take advantage of our interest free monthly instalment plans if you are a UK learner. We can help you to set up a plan that fits your budget.
If you cancel within 14 days of enrolment, you may request a refund. Please note an administrative fee will be charged for access to any eLearning, which is non-refundable. After 14 days, no refunds are given.
If you enrol on a course delivered by one of our partner providers, then refunds and cancellations are handled by them directly. We will always give you their details, so you know exactly who to speak to.
Payments can be made online with debit card, credit card, or PayPal. Alternatively, you can pay your first instalment online and the remaining payments are collected via GoCardless direct debits. Learn more about GoCardless Terms here.
Yes, all payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways. Your payment details are protected and never stored by Study Active.
