How We Work with ELCAS Students

We’ve streamlined the process to make using your ELCAS funding with us as simple as possible:
Choose Your Course

Select from our range of ELCAS-approved qualifications - All are nationally recognised at Level 3 and above, designed to support your resettlement and career progression.

Submit Your ELC Claim

Apply via the ELCAS portal and list Study Active as your chosen provider. - Once approved, you will receive a Claim Authorisation Note (CAN) from ELCAS.

Send Us Your CAN

Once approved, you will receive a Claim Authorisation Note (CAN) from ELCAS.

Forward your CAN to our ELCAS coordinator

They will:

  • Generate your invoice for the 20% student contribution.
  • Raise the ELCAS invoice for the remaining balance.
  • Upload everything directly to the ELCAS portal on your behalf.
Start Your Course

Once payment is confirmed, you’ll be ready to begin your training with full support from our expert tutors.
