GOCARDLESS 0% INTEREST PAYMENT PLAN

1.          OVERVIEW

Interest-free payments spread over equal monthly instalments for a maximum of 12 months. Full amount must be paid within 12 months of sign-up.

2.          DIRECT DEBIT AUTHORISATION

You will complete a GoCardless Direct Debit Mandate, authorising us to collect payments as per the agreed payment schedule.

3.          ADVANCE NOTIFICATION

GoCardless will email you at least three working days before each payment collection, as required by the UK Direct Debit Guarantee.

4.          PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Payments are due on the same day each month. You must ensure that sufficient funds are available on each due date. Missed payments will be considered a default under these terms (see paragraph 8 below).

5.          CERTIFICATES

As per our General Terms and Conditions https://studyactive.co.uk/pages/terms-and-conditions you will be issued a certificate upon successful completion of all required assessments, provided that we have received full payment from you for the course. As such, if you have successfully completed all required assessments but not yet paid us the full amount then we will only issue a certificate when the full amount is paid.

Protected under the UK Direct Debit Guarantee

7.          COMMUNICATION AND HELP

If you anticipate payment difficulty, please contact us by email to finance@studyactive.co.uk at least five working days before the due date for payment. We will consider alternative arrangements at our sole discretion.

8.          DEFAULT AND DISCOUNT REMOVAL

Missed payments or cancellation may result in removal of any promotional or agreed discounts, and full outstanding balance becoming immediately due.  We reserve the right to pursue legal or debt recovery action, including collection costs.

9.          MANDATE MANAGEMENT

10.       GOCARDLESS ROLE

GoCardless Ltd is our authorised payment processor under the UK Payment Services Regulations 2017. They are not a contracting party for our courses. Please address any payment or course enquiries directly with us. 

11.       GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

12.       DATA PROTECTION

How we use any personal data you give us is set out in our Privacy Policy available at https://studyactive.co.uk/pages/privacy-policy. We share your personal data with GoCardless Ltd solely to facilitate payment collections. 

13.       ACCEPTANCE

By completing the GoCardless mandate, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these terms, authorising us to collect payments accordingly and commit to full payment within 12 months.
