Questions about Premier Global and Study Active

Are Study Active & Premier Global now the same provider?

Whilst the company that was Premier Global ceased trading in 2022, the Premier Global brand name (and select brand assests) are now part of Study Active in a move that combines the values and identity of these two UK leading fitness brand names. Study Active now owns the class 41 trademarks, copyrights, domain, logos and goodwill of the Premier Global brand and as a result the brand name Premier Global is now an exclusive trading asset of Study Active Limited. This sees the Premier Global name, now backed by Study Active's leading fitness education products, which aims to set new standards of quality in the sector.

Are Study Active courses the same as Premier Global’s?

They’re even better. Our courses are nationally recognised, CIMSPA-endorsed, and built by the same experts who helped Premier Global grow.

What qualifications do you offer?

Level 2 Gym Instructing, Level 3 Personal Training, Nutrition, Sports Massage Therapy, Pilates, and more.

Where can I find copies of my certificates?

Here at Study Active, we have acquired just the branding of Premier Global but we are not the same company you studied with. The company you studied with ceased training a few years ago and we have no access to any past student data, recourses or information.

 

As you are a former Premier Global student, you will need to contact their awarding body, Active IQ, with whom students would have been registered. They should be able to assist you further.

Can I still trust the Premier Global name?

Yes. The brand lives on through Study Active, backed by the original leadership team and a new commitment to modern training.

Is the training still flexible and online?

Yes. Learn at your own pace, from anywhere, with optional in-person workshops at our immersive residential training retreats.

Are you still CIMSPA-accredited?

We go one step further! Study Active has been awarded CIMSPA’s “Enhancing” rating, the highest possible quality score.

Can I get job opportunities after qualifying?

Yes. Our learners get guaranteed interviews with national gym chains like The Gym Group and Nuffield Health.

Do I need any prior qualifications?

You can start with a Level 2 qualification if you’re new to fitness. Level 3 courses build on this foundation.

What kind of jobs can I get after qualifying?

Gym Instructor, Personal Trainer, Fitness Influencer, Freelance Trainer, Gym Owner.

I am an old Premier Global student - can you help?

We may well be able to help you moving forwards however anything to do with a course purchased via premierglobal.co.uk prior to March 2024 would have been with the previous owners thus not something we can help with. We suggest anyone in such a situation contacts Active IQ (the awarding
body) for advice.
